Our Allen-based office is currently seeking an Application Specialist I. This person will be expected to communicate effectively with clients while using critical thinking with research to resolve client issues in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal applicant is a self-starter who enjoys solving problems and learning new technologies. Skills test will be administered. E-mail resumes only, please.
Responsibilities:
- COMPLEAT routine maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration
- Working assigned tasks to completion in an efficient manner
- Analyzing customers requirements and design logic
- Writing scripts, testing, and performing reviews
- Proper escalation and routing of customers issues and requests
- Creation of new processes and procedures as needed for efficient completion of duties
- Documentation and administrative duties as assigned
- On-call rotation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of programming experience, ability to apply logic
- Ability to efficiently use Windows 2000 or higher and MS Office 2000 or higher
- Ability to communicate with customers
- Travel Industry experience a plus
