GDSX is committed to protecting your privacy at all times. This statement of privacy
governs data collection and usage for www.GDSX.com. Should it become necessary to
change our privacy practices, we will update this privacy statement, so please review
it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will post a notice
on our home page with a minimum of 30 days advance notice so that you are aware
of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if
any, we disclose it.
GDSX, Ltd. ("GDSX") has been awarded TRUSTe's Privacy Seal signifying that this
privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with
TRUSTe's program requirements including transparency, accountability and
choice regarding the collection and use of your personal information. TRUSTe's mission,
as an independent third party, is to accelerate online trust among consumers and
organizations globally through its leading privacy trustmark and innovative trust

Through our various offerings, we maintain several web sites, and each of those
sites offers unique information, products or services. Each site may have an additional

Our web sites may provide links to third party sites that are not owned by or affiliated
with GDSX. Users are encouraged to investigate the privacy policies that apply to
these third party sites. GDSX is not responsible for content or use of personal
information by third parties.
Web Information
The purpose of the website is to provide information as a public service. www.GDSX.com
collects no personal information on users, with the exception of job applicantions
discussed in the "Job Applications" section below. You may contact us using the
contact information provided at the bottom of this page for more information about
our services, and we will follow up as appropriate. No cookies are used on the site
at all.
Testimonials posted are not collected through the website. They are collected personally
via email, telephone, or mail, and are only posted with permission of the contributor.
Job Applications
GDSX may provide a web form for the submission of a resume and skills test as part
of a job application. The information collected is securely stored and will be retained
for a maximum period of seven (7) years after the position for which you applied
has been filled. However, if you are offered and accept the position the information
may become part of your employee file, which will be retained for the duration of
your employment and then a maximum period of seven (7) years after your employment
with GDSX has ceased. This information will not be passed on to third parties except
under circumstances noted under the statement "We may also disclose your personal
information" below.
Collection of your Personal Information
GDSX is provided data by its corporate customers and consolidates that data their
behalf. This data may include personal information, such as your name, home or work
address, or telephone number. This data may also include personal information such
as age, gender, and credit card information.
Use of Personal Information
GDSX affirms that the data transferred to GDSX is the exclusive property of the
client company and that GDSX will follow the company's direction in the treatment
of the data.
GDSX does not sell, rent or lease the personal information it collects from its
corporate clients.
Notice: GDSX acts as an agent for the collection of our corporate customers' data.
Data is provided to corporate customers for the management of their business. All
data transfers occur only upon direction of the owner of the data, the corporate
customer.
Choice: Companies contract directly with GDSX for data consolidation services. The
corporate customer is responsible for any relevant choice requirements.
Sensitive Information: Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, is not
stored except as directed by the company that owns the data.
Onward transfer: Corporate Customer Data consolidated by GDSX is only transferred
at the direction, via contract, of the company that owns the data. Otherwise, all
data remains exclusively under GDSX control and is transferred for no other purpose
than if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is
necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process
served on GDSX; or (b) protect and defend the rights or property of GDSX. In the
instance where we are compelled to disclose confidential data, GDSX will notify
affected customer(s) in an effort to give them time to seek counsel and take action.
If the affected customer(s) are not able to obtain a protective order or other legal
remedy to prevent disclosure, GDSX will inform them of what has been disclosed.
Any legal disputes arriving out of these specific circumstances will be heard in
Dallas County, Texas, USA.
Security: GDSX uses a variety of industry standard security technologies and procedures
to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
GDSX warehouses the personal information on secure systems with limited access that
are located in controlled facilities. Only authorized users, bound by confidentiality
agreements, have access to the data stored by GDSX.
Data Integrity: GDSX collects only data authorized by its corporate customers. Where
GDSX is directed to transfer data to a third-party, GDSX follows the confidentiality
provisions agreed to by the customer.
Access: GDSX provides for the periodic transfer of data consolidated on behalf of
a company. GDSX will correct any erroneous information identified by the customer
within 25 days. Please contact GDSX, Ltd. as provided for below with any requests.
Enforcement: GDSX adheres to the following enforcement standards:
- Verification: Upon written request, GDSX will provide a confirmation that its privacy
policy conforms to the Safe Harbor Principles; that informs individuals of any in-house
arrangements for handling complaints and of the independent mechanisms through which
they may pursue complaints; that it has in place procedures for training employees
in its implementation, and disciplining them for failure to follow it; and that
it has in place internal procedures for periodically conducting objective reviews
of compliance with the Safe Harbor Principles.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally
