COMPLEAT Infrastructure

COMPLEAT is a centrally hosted enterprise solution monitored by the GDSX team. COMPLEAT-enabled services can either be implemented by the GDSX team or COMPLEAT customers can manage their own automation practices directly with training and ongoing support from GDSX.

COMPLEAT Modules

One of the many benefits of choosing COMPLEAT is the modules included with the platform. Your licensing fee entitles you to:

Auto Ticketing
Allows for rapid implementation of ticketing for your agency. The GDS-agnostic, customizable module handles many complex tasks in addition to error handling, basic QC checks, issuing of multiple document types, and invoicing.

Seat Module
Automated airline seat management, including seat assignment and improvement according to preference information contained in the affected PNR.

COMPLEAT Communicator
Builds and delivers agency-specific communications using templates that can be customized by customer or region.

COMPLEAT Status
Includes system statistics and reports for use by COMPLEAT administrators to monitor the system in production.

PNR Data Exports
Configurable means to define and schedule data exports from COMPLEAT.

eTicket Tracking
Extracts eTicket records from the GDS to maintain the current status of all tickets in a COMPLEAT database. Data is made available via a report and a Web service.

Fare Module
Prices GDS PNRs at a configurable interval using a set of defined options. Customizable PNR remarks may be added to detail how the lower fares may be obtained.

Group Tracking Options
Automated population of an arrival-departure report for meeting/group travel based on group information in the PNR.

Standardized Travel Services (STS)
Database of common travel-related data such as airport, hotel, and airline codes that can be accessed from within COMPLEAT.

Waitlist Clearance
Queries an airlines’ availability for a waitlisted segment at a configurable interval.
