While COMPLEAT can perform all of the functions usually associated with a traditional
reservation quality control system; COMPLEAT’s design architecture enables far more
sophisticated functionality than the PNR robotics engines now commonplace among
travel management companies.
Some of the most common robotic applications performed by COMPLEAT are:
- Seat Management - Assures the best possible seat, based on the traveler’s
preference. The module checks and rechecks seat maps, communicating directly with
the GDS to compare seating preferences with their reserved seats and current availability.
When a preferred seat becomes available, the system will cancel the non-preferred
seat and rebook accordingly.
- Waitlist Clearance - Repeatedly attempts to clear previously waitlisted flights
and fares. COMPLEAT will, on a configurable, scheduled basis, recurrently attempt
to confirm waitlisted segments leading up to departure. If clearance is successful,
the PNR may be queued to the travel consultant for confirmation and notification
to the traveler, or the traveler may be notified of the change automatically by
customized email messaging.
- Fare Validation - Repeatedly checks PNRs for lower fares at a user-defined
interval. The Fare Module provides a turn-key fare search solution which can be
set up in just a few clicks or may be incorporated into a customized fare process
addressing complex business rules using the COMPLEAT Control Routine Builder.
- Auto-ticketing – Developed to streamline ticket fulfillment and avoid missed
ticketing deadlines, COMPLEAT auto-tickets all qualifying reservations without agent
interaction, dispatching customer notifications, including itinerary and e-invoice
as they are ticketed. Tailorable to the user’s precise requirements, auto-ticketing
supports itineraries, paper tickets, e-tickets, ticketless, service fees, exchanges,
and Amtrak.
Outspoken
COMPLEAT delivers tailored traveler-centric, plan-centric and event-driven communication
to agency customers via web services, email and SMS. This includes automatic generation
of itineraries, confirmations, advisories, etc in the language and format preference
of the traveler. COMPLEAT’s software design does not limit the number of language
or dialects although we fully support only English, German, French, French Canadian
and Dutch at this time.
Confirmations and Advisories - Highly configurable and multi-lingual communication
with travelers and managers regarding itineraries via fax (asp) or e-mail in HTML,
PDF, or plain text formats. Confirmations can optionally include:
- Air, car, hotel, rail, ferry, and miscellaneous reservation details
- Weather - a link provided directly to a website that delivers weather information
for itinerary destinations
- Driving directions - a link provided to take the user directly to a website
with driving directions from destination airports to reserved hotels
- Customization - any pre-defined details, attachments and comments can be
included as well as graphic elements for corporate personalization.
Using host-provided structured data API's, COMPLEAT reads and stores in a local
database, an always-current record of both active and past-travel PNRs. COMPLEAT's
extensive feature set maximizes the value of the PNR databases developed by the
system.
The travel databases developed and maintained by COMPLEAT enable several features
designed with agency clients in mind, including:
- Pre-trip Reports - Scheduled exports of COMPLEAT's PNR
data to industry-standard travel reporting tools, including Hi-Mark Software, enable
creation and presentation of pre-trip management reporting.
- Disaster Response Reporting - On-demand export of COMPLEAT's
PNR data provides immediate and up-to-the-minute information in times of crisis,
targeting en-route travelers most at risk.
- Data Enrichment - With the optional use of GDSX's report
data consolidator and management system (TIDE), the PNR data acquired by COMPLEAT
can be used to extend and enrich your post-trip transactional data used
for online queries and management reporting.
