We started gathering and automating travel reservations in 2002.
Since then we’ve added services to better assist those in the travel industry, gained
a few new friends, and moved from a tiny office in Plano, TX to a much larger office
in Allen, TX. We do everything from that office. We don't outsource a thing. We
may have to wait in line to use the microwave, but that’s a price we’re willing
to pay in order to make sure that everyone here can share their knowledge, then
apply that knowledge to your unique way of doing business.
No matter where we’ve been, our overriding goal has always been the same: enable
people so that they can implement their own good ideas and do travel technology
the right way. We pride ourselves on being more than software artisans. We partner
with agencies, travel management companies, and online travel agencies to make sure
their experience saves money and time.

Ann Marie has been a tremendous help to GDSX and the Implementations team from the beginning.
Her ability to use analytical thinking to diagnose and design has allowed her to handle the key tasks coming in, while training others along the way. Many clients have expressed their extreme satisfaction with her work and their desire to have her involved as much as possible on their projects.

- Cindy is the newest member of the executive team as she joined us in mid 2008.
She brings with her 15 years of technology experience in the arena of online B2B
applications, integration, and data distribution solutions. With roles ranging from
design and architecture to executive management, she was an integral part of the
start-up and success of StoneEagle.com, Inc.
Becky Strahan, Partner and Founder of GDSX
- Becky has almost 20 years of experience in the travel industry including roles
covering every facet of travel technology, from development to executive oversight.
Her vision for providing excellent solutions and customer service continues to drive
GDSX today.
Bill Strahan, Partner and President
- Bill also brings GDSX long term experience in the travel industry, with a proven
record of providing unique solutions to travel industry pain points. The architectural
direction of GDSX draws upon his more than 15 years of experience developing travel
automation systems.
Jon Farrier, Partner
- Jon joined GDSX in 2003 as an industry veteran. His background includes CxO roles
with US and European-based global travel management companies. Jon was the founder
and CEO of Travel Technologies Group (now TRX) until 2000.
Doug Clark, Chief Information Officer
- Doug is a gifted software developer with the unique ability to design solutions
that are intuitive to the business needs and technical requirements of an organization.
His talents and contributions have been a key factor in the success of GDSX.
